Enable Java 6 For Pogo Games

Java is computer language that is a simpler form of C++. Java is popular on gaming websites and throughout similar programming. You need to download and enable this application before you can play Pogo games: Like other related sites, Pogo designs its activities around the Java base programming language. Enabling Java affords easy access to thousands of games or programs. In addition, it is secure and easy to manage.


Instructions


1. Go to the Java website (see Resources). Click on "Downloads" in the top menu. A display of the current version is presented under "Java Downloads for All Operating Systems." To choose an older version, click on the "Other Java Versions" link.


2. Select the "Windows Online" link. Click "Save" on the download window. Choose a folder for the Java installation application. Click the "Save" button.


3. Wait for the file to download (approximately 10 seconds). Double-click on the Java file icon, which is a coffee cup. Click the "Accept" button on the Java setup window. Decide if you want to install the Yahoo! Toolbar. Uncheck the box if you decline this option. Select the "Next" tab. Wait while the program installs (about 2 minutes). Click "Finish."


4. Close your browser to save the changes. Open your browser and go back to the Java download page. Click "Verify Now" next to the download link. The webpage tool will determine if you have Java 6 on your computer.
