The Swordplay mini-game in Wii Sports Resort turns your Wii remote into a trusty sword and pits you against the computer player or your friends in traditional sword fighting. Within the Swordplay mini-game you can also unlock different modes, swords and outfits, including the Black Suit, also known as the Samurai Armor. Unlocking this puts samurai armor on your Mii when you play the game to show other players that you are a true Swordplay pro. But getting this armor is a challenge since you must defeat the computer-controlled champion in the "Duel," "Speed Slice" and "Showdown" game modes.
Instructions
1. Turn on your Nintendo Wii by pressing the power button. Select "Wii Sports Resort" from the Wii menu.
2. Press the "A" and the "B" buttons on your controller at the same time to bring up the game selection menu. Find and select the "Swordplay" game by pressing the "A" button while the game's picture is highlighted.
3. Select your desired mode by pressing the "A" button while the picture for this mode is highlighted. Choose the single-player option, your Mii and your desired difficulty level.
4. Play this mode until you have earned at least 1,500 skill points within it. This requires you to consistently win the game, play efficiently and take only a few -- if any -- hits while playing.
5. Play your selected mode again. The champion automatically appears when the game begins. Defeat this champion.
6. Begin a game in your selected mode of Swordplay. You are now wearing the Black Suit. Work your way to, and defeat, the champion in the remaining two modes to unlock this armor in them as well.
