Instructions


1. Clean the leaf with water and wipe it dry. Place the leaf with the broad vein facing down; the side that curls inward will serve as your plate. You may use the entire leaf, or cut it into a smaller square, depending on your serving needs.


2. Place the food in portions upon the leaf in an eye-pleasing manner. Your presentation adds to the intrigue of serving your meal on the leaf.


3. Avoid the use of silverware. Encouraging your guests to eat with their fingers when possible.
