Instructions
Party Lines
1. Measure down the length of the card stock and divide the number by four. The answer will tell you the number of inches at which you will need to place a small horizontal mark on the card. For example, if your card stock is eight inches long, divide it by four and place a mark every two inches down the length of the card.
2. Measure across the top of the card and multiply it by two. The answer will tell you how long your masking tape will need to be.
3. Cut the masking tape. Place the cut end on the first mark and wrap it around your card stock. You will wrap the tape completely around the card to give it an even appearance. Repeat the process with different colored masking tape at each mark.
4. Write the party information. In the top blank space above the masking tape, write the birthday person's name and age. Continue by writing the party's theme in the next blank space. In the remaining two spaces write the party's time, date, location and RSVP information.
Bowling Invitations
5. Put the coffee can on a sheet of black construction paper and trace it. Cut the circle out and set it aside. Repeat the process until you have the needed amount of invitations.
6. Punch holes out of the white paper; reserve the small circles. Glue three circles in a triangular formation on each black circle. The circles should mimic the finger holes in the bowling ball.
7. Write on the invitation something like, Come bowl with Ethan. Follow up with the party information, such as time, date and location.
