Haleakala National Park is located on the Hawaiian Island of Maui and home to the island's highest peak. Upcountry Bed and Breakfast is located five miles northwest of Haleakala National Park and five minutes from Kula Botanical Gardens. The Maui Coast Hotel is in Kihei, 12 miles west of Haleakala, a block from Kamaole Beach Park I and within walking distance of a number of restaurants and shops. The hotel's 265 guest rooms all feature private lanais and Hawaiian artwork by a local artist. Facilities include a fitness center, outdoor hot tub, outdoor swimming pool and two tennis courts; Elleair Maui Golf Club is just five minutes north.
