2. Enter your email address and password and click "Log In."
3. Click on the "Order Status" link at the top of your "Account Overview" page.
4. Click on "Order History" from the drop-down menu.
5. View your past orders and click on the most recent order to see it.
6. Confirm your order by viewing the items you purchased, the purchase date, shipment date and even the tracking number of your order, which you can click on to see where your order is currently located and when it's estimated to arrive at your home or office.

7. Call Oriental Trading Company Customer Service at 800-875-8480.
8. Follow the automated prompts to speak to a customer service representative.
9. Have your order number and credit card number available in case the representative asks for it to confirm your order. Once the representative has your information, he/she can pull up the order in their computer system and confirm it with you.
