Create Printable Photo Invitations

A photo invitation is a change from the normal type of invite which simply contains the generic message "you're invited" along with a generic image. Instead, you can create a custom invitation with one of your own photographs. Online services allow you to generate these neat photo invitations and also print them directly from your computer if you choose. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

1. Create your printable photo invitations using the Personalized Party Invites website. Choose the type of event, such as a baby shower or birthday party. Under each event section you can then sort the templates to find one that allows you to add a photo. The "print at home" feature allows you to produce the photo invitation on your home printer instead of sending the file to a professional.

2. Design and print a photo invitation using the Greeting Bee web service. The library of printable card templates includes designs for both adults and kids for a wide selection of holidays and events. Personalize it from your browser with your own words, a picture from your personal collection and a custom background if you wish. You can preview the finished card in your browser before printing.

3. Use the Print with My Pic service to create photo invitations for your upcoming event. The service offers templates for birthday party, party tickets, Halloween party invites and invitations to graduation parties. Run the program from your browser and print it online. You can add a photo to the template either from your PC or a location online. You can also change the photo to make it fit to your needs.
