Create Water Bottle Labels For Free

Create custom water bottle labels to celebrate your next event.

You can turn ordinary water bottles into something extraordinary for your next big social event. Customized water labels add a touch of elegance to any affair and offer pertinent information for guests, such as the name of the gathering or the hosts. You could also just have a catchphrase or favorite quote on your water bottle labels. Customize water bottle labels in any color you choose and further customize with a decorative font.

Instructions

1. Remove the label from one of the water bottles and measure it with a ruler.

2. Open Microsoft Paint by clicking "Programs," "Accessories" and "Paint."

3. Change the canvas size, which opens very large, to the same size as the water bottle label measurement. Click on "Image" and then "Attributes." Make sure you select "Inches" when inserting the dimensions.

4. Fill the canvas with color by selecting a color from the color palette and then clicking on the paint bucket icon.

5. Insert the text by clicking on the "A" icon and selecting a font style and size.

6. Select "File" and "Save as" to save the label to your computer.

7. Print a sheet of labels out by opening up a Microsoft Wordpad document. Import the label to the document by clicking "Insert" and "Object." Select "Create from file" and "Browse" to find the label on your computer. Click "OK."

8. Hover your pointer over the label and click "Copy." Paste as many labels that will fit across the document. Select "File" and "Print" to print out.

9. Cut out a large piece of the transparent shelf liner, sized at one inch larger than the dimensions of the printed document. Lay the glossy side down on a hard surface and remove the protective backing. Carefully, insert the document.

10. Cut out another large piece of the transparent shelf liner, sized at one inch larger than the dimensions of the printed document. Remove the backing and place, sticky side down, on top of the back of the document.

11. Rub the side of your hand across the length of the plastic encased document to remove air bubbles.

12. Remove all of the brand labels from the bottles. Cut out the custom labels and wrap one around each water bottle. Secure the edges with a glue stick to complete.
