Make A Party Follow In Dragon Age Origins

Having your party follow you close at hand can be the difference between succeeding or failing in battle in Dragon Age: Origins. While you only control one primary character at the outset, your party will grow as you complete quests and interact with characters in the land of Ferelden. Once a player is added to your party, they will bring their own sets of spells and fighting abilities, which can be controlled by only a few simple button presses. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

1. Press and hold the left and right bumper buttons simultaneously to select your entire party. On the Xbox 360, the correct buttons are "RB" and "LB." On the PlayStation 3, the correct buttons are "R1" and "L1."

2. Move the left thumbstick (regardless of system) to move your primary character. The rest of the party will follow closely behind your character. If you release the thumbstick to stop your character, the rest of the party will stop, too.

3. Press and hold the proper button to enter the "Radial Menu." On the Xbox 360, the correct button is "LT." On the PlayStation 3, the correct button is "L2." From this menu, you can choose to have your party stop following you.
