Evite's party planning and entertainment website offers a variety of services and resources for consumers, including e-cards, party planning ideas, gifts and even free online invitations. Whether you are planning a baby shower or hosting a family gathering, creating and sending Evite invitations for your special occasion is easy. Does this Spark an idea?
Instructions
1. Log on to Evite's official website and register for an account if this is your first time utilizing this service. This step is not required, but you will not be able to perform certain tasks such as saving a draft of the Evite, without a user account.
2. Click "Create an Invitation" and choose an Evite type that matches your occasion. For instance, if you are hosting a bridal shower, select "Bridal Shower" and choose from a variety of color schemes, designs and styles.
3. Enter the event details, such as the location, date and time. Include any other important details for your guests by composing a personalized note in the body of the message field. For instance, if you have a color preference for your guests' attire, put that information into this field and click "Next Step."
4. Add guests to your Evite. Enter your guests' email addresses individually, from your contact's list or by importing them from an existing email account. After entering each email address, click "Add to Guest List." Choose "Next Step" to complete your Evite invite options.
5. Add a reply option to your invitation, if desired. Your guests can reply directly to your Evite regarding attendance by selecting "Yes," "No" or "Maybe." Receive an email notification when guests reply or select other reply options by clicking the box of your choice. Choose "Preview Invitation" to confirm the accuracy of your invitation. If you are satisfied, click "Finish and Send." Your Evite will now be sent to your guests.
